When completing the form you will be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address and brief instruction.
What do we use your information for?
That information is solely used to make contact with you in respect of instructing AJH Advocacy Limited in respect of court advocacy or drafting purposes. If you enter into an agreement/retainer with AJH Advocacy Limited then the information obtained will be dealt with in accordance with AJH Advocacy Limited's privacy policy contained within its terms and conditions.
If you do not, then your information will be deleted as AJH Advocacy Limited will no longer have need to retain it.
How do we protect your information?
We make contact with you once you have completed the form. Once we have made contact, the information in its original form (via this website) will no longer required and be deleted.

The only third party that your information would be provided to, without your consent, is the Bar Standards Board ('BSB') who regulated AJH Advocacy Limited. This would only occur if an instruction is given and/or there is a retainer agreement between yourself and AJH Advocacy Limited. The reason consent would not be required is because the BSB can inspect AJH Advocacy Limited's records to ensure compliance. As above, your details will not be retained if you do not instruct and/or enter into an agreement with AJH Advocacy Limited.
