I am happy to announce that I am working Julie Twist at Diversify Law to provide training sessions for fee earners and law firms. My first training session with Diversify Law will be “Whiplash and Mixed Injury made easy”.
It will be a lunchtime zoom session on Friday 17th November 2023. Booking requests should be made to julie@diversifylaw.co.uk and the cost is £75 + VAT per firm (rather than per person). So one firm can has many number of participants watching the training for that £75 + VAT.
The zoom training will focus on how to identify tariff and non-tariff injuries, how to value a mixture of the both and how to maximise the award – which is particularly important when the Claimant is not a child and the 25% deduction is the main source of costs for the case.
I will also give real life examples of cases that have been assessed at Court to assist those who deal with whiplash claims post May 2021.
